Peter Mojžiš, M.D., Ph.D., FEBO is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of Comenius University in Bratislava. In May 2006, he was the first ophthalmologist from the Czech Republic to receive the title of Fellow of the European Board of Ophtalmology (FEBO) in Paris. He received his Ph.D. degree by defending his dissertation in 2007.
In 2003-2006, Dr. Mojžiš worked as deputy head of the Ophthalmology Department of the Sokolov Hospital. From 2006 to 2013 he was the head of the Ophthalmology Department of Havlíčkův Brod Hospital. Since 2012 he has also been the Medical Director of Premium Clinic Teplice. Since 2020 he has been an assistant professor at the 3rd Medical Faculty of Charles University and a Ph.D. supervisor in experimental surgery.
Dr. Mojžiš specializes in intraocular refractive and cataract surgery (cataract surgery) at NeoVize.
With more than 40,000 cataract and refractive intraocular lens exchange surgeries performed, M.D. Moses ranks as a highly experienced eye surgeon.
He is a member of the Czech Medical Chamber (ČLK), the Czech Society of Refractive and Cataract Surgery (CSRCS), the European Society of Refractive and Cataract Surgery (ESCRS) and the Czech Vitreoretinal Society (CVRS).
He is the author or co-author of many lectures and publications in the Czech Republic and abroad.
